What a nice place. Very familiar atmosphere, delicious barbecue and food in general of great flavor and seasoning. The portions are more than enough. Customer service is impeccable, very helpful and friendly. The whole place is hygienic and very fresh. I highly recommend your visit
This was the best meal for me in all of Mexico!!! The meat was so fresh and tender and juicy, the consomme was just soooo delicious and tasty I couldn’t get enough. I really loved the queso and mushroom dish too. The service was amazing and attentive, staff was so welcoming and friendly even though we don’t speak Spanish. The place is clean, well ventilated and beautifully decorated. Makes you feel so relaxed and homely. The chef and owner of the place are super sweet and friendly, offered us some Mezcal tasting and showed us their collection too. It was an amazing experience overall thanks chef Canillas!

The best barbecue in the city, I have gone to different barbecues inside and outside the city and by far the one at Canillas is my favorite. Good food, good drinks and good atmosphere. Highly recommended, especially the canillas taco.
Very good service, pleasant atmosphere, good music, the canilla tacos with Chiapas cheese are very good, I didn't like the gringa very much, the whey was tasty, to top it off some fried plantains, 10/10
